The fall 2024 season for DCL will include spooky Halloween sailings, festive holiday cruises, and special South Pacific itineraries.
Disney Cruise Line‘s holiday celebrations Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime Cruises will combine the joy of the fall and winter festivities together with the magic of Disney in 2024.
Select 2024 holiday sailings will also offer the chance to visit the new Lighthouse Point, Disney’s upcoming private island resort in the Bahamas.
Additionally, families will be able to enjoy next year’s fall or winter seasons at sea in a fun new way thanks to DCL’s uncommon itineraries to Hawaii and the South Pacific.
Halloween on the High Seas 2024
From mid-September through October, Disney Cruise Line will once again host Halloween on the High Seas. During this season of extra-special cruises, guests on select sailings throughout the fleet will enjoy Halloween festivities along with additional entertainment options.
Families can don costumes and mingle with Disney characters, dance the night away at a spooky party on the upper decks, sample Halloween-themed food and drinks, and join in a ghostly ship takeover with lavish décor and a stunning Pumpkin Tree.
As part of the spooky season festivities, Disney Wish will sail getaway-length three- and four-night Bahamian voyages from Port Canaveral.
Disney Fantasy will offer these themed cruises on four-, six-, and seven-night itineraries from Port Canaveral. Four- and six-night sailings aboard the Fantasy will take families to the Bahamas, while seven-night escapes will transport guests to fan-favorite destinations throughout the Bahamas and the Caribbean.

Departing from Fort Lauderdale, Disney Magic will sail three- to five-night cruises to tropical ports in the Bahamas and Caribbean.
On certain sailings aboard both Disney Magic and Disney Fantasy, families will be able to find fun and relaxation at DCL’s newest destination in the Bahamas. The new beach resort, located at Lighthouse Point on the island of Eleuthera, will offer a one-of-a-kind celebration of Bahamian culture.
Very Merrytime Cruises 2024
During the annual Very Merrytime Cruises, the Disney Cruise Line fleet is decorated from bow to stern with holiday cheer from mid-November through December. Families can celebrate alongside beloved characters dressed for the season with festive activities and holiday celebrations on deck.
Families who want to spend the most wonderful time of the year with DCL will have the opportunity to sail from Galveston, Texas or two home ports in Florida: Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale.
Disney will offer short holiday getaways from both Florida ports, with a selection of four- and five-night Very Merrytime voyages to the Bahamas and the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale on Disney Dream, and three- and four-night Bahamian cruises on Disney Wish from Port Canaveral.
The Disney Fantasy will also embark on a variety of four-night Very Merrytime sailings to the Bahamas in 2024, along with longer six- and seven-night itineraries. Select voyages on Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy will include a day of fun in the sun along the white sand beaches of Lighthouse Point during the holiday season.
Holiday cruise options from Galveston aboard the Disney Magic will range from four to six nights, allowing families to celebrate the holiday season together while visiting ports of call throughout the Caribbean.
Disney’s late-2024 cruises to Hawaii and the South Pacific
In addition to the festive-themed sailings, Disney Cruise Line guests can also experience special bucket-list itineraries in late 2024.
Disney Wonder will sail from Vancouver to Honolulu, Hawaii in late September with stops on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and “The Big Island” of Hawaii before arriving in Oahu. The Wonder will then embark on a transpacific voyage to Sydney, Australia—taking families through the South Pacific to visit once-in-a-lifetime destinations like Fiji, American Samoa, and New Caledonia.
Disney Cruise Line will then set sail on its second season of vacations from Australia and New Zealand, bringing the Disney magic closer to home for families in the region.
