Azamara Room Service – Everything You Need to Know

Premium-plus cruise line Azamara offers complimentary room service around the clock. Here’s everything you need to know about in-room dining, including menus.

One of the many perks of sailing with Azamara is their exceptional (and included!) room service experience. Whether you’re craving a late-night snack, breakfast in bed, or a romantic dinner for two on your private balcony, Azamara’s in-room dining has you covered.

When is room service available on Azamara?

Azamara’s room service is available 24/7, with different menu options depending on the time of day.

A printed copy of Azamara’s room service menus can be found in the Directory of Services binder in your stateroom, along with breakfast menu hangtags. Your room steward can replenish your hangtags if you run out.

In-room Breakfast (6:30 AM to 10 AM)

If you’d like to order room service breakfast on Azamara ships, you’ll need to fill out a breakfast hangtag and hang it on the outside door handle before 1 AM.

On the front of the hangtag, be sure to include your name, stateroom number, and the number of guests dining so the crew can deliver your breakfast to the correct room with the correct number of flatware setups.

On the back page, you’ll choose your delivery window, which are half-hour periods beginning from 6:30 to 7 AM and ending at 9:30 to 10 AM.

Azamara’s room service breakfast choices

Breakfast combinations:

• Continental – Basket of pastries (croissant, Danish, blueberry muffin, banana bread) and sweet preserves
• Azamara – Three-egg omelet with Cheddar cheese, ham, tomato, and green onions; breakfast potatoes, asparagus, grilled tomato
• European – Seasonal fruit and berries with Brie cheese, smoked salmon, and a basket of breakfast pastries (croissant, Danish, blueberry muffin, banana bread)
• English – Fried eggs, English bacon, baked beans, banger sausage, black pudding, sautéed mushrooms, tomato, and hash browns
• Smoked Salmon – Smoked Atlantic salmon with cream cheese, lemon, capers, red onion, boiled egg, cherry tomato, and a toasted bagel
• Rustic Hollandaise – Corned beef hash on a toasted English muffin with sliced tomato, a poached egg, and Hollandaise sauce, served with a fruit salad
• Healthy Choice – Egg white omelet filled with asparagus, tomato, and spinach. Served with seasonal fruit and cottage cheese with granola topping
• Steak & Eggs – Grilled 6 oz. New York strip steak served with two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and grilled tomato

Daytime Delights (10 AM to 10 PM)

Beginning at 10 AM through 10 PM, Azamara offers a Daytime Delights menu with a wide selection of soups, salads, light bites, sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and desserts.

Tip: For those with dietary restrictions, the menu notes (v) = vegetarian, (vg) = vegan, (vo) = vegan option available, and (gf) = gluten-free.

Soups:

• Chicken Thai Coconut Soup (vo) (gf) – Scented lemongrass and cilantro soup with bean sprouts and rice noodles
• Roasted Tomato and Bell Pepper Soup (vg) (gf) – With basil croutons

Salads:

• Caesar Salad (vo) – Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons. Add grilled chicken, salmon, or shrimp
• Classic Caprese Salad (v) – Arugula, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic-olive oil dressing
• Greek Salad (vo) – Feta, oregano, tomato, olives, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion

Platters and light bites:

• Chips & Salsa Platter (vo) (v) – Flour and corn tortilla chips, tomato sauce, salsa, queso
• Buffalo Chicken Wings (vo) – Tossed in Buffalo sauce, served with bleu cheese dressing and celery

Burgers:

• Azamara Beef Burger – Brioche bun, shredded lettuce, and Azamara burger sauce
• Azamara Smoked Cheddar & Bacon Burger – Brioche bun, shredded lettuce, and Azamara burger sauce

Beef burgers are made with freshly ground 80/20 beef rib and chuck burger, served with house pickles and a side of fries or kettle chips.

• Azamara Fish Burger – Breaded white fish fillets topped with Cheddar brioche bun, shredded lettuce, and Azamara burger sauce
• Azamara Beyond Burger (vg) – Plant-based patty, Kaiser roll, plant-based cheese, sliced avocado, and plant-based burger sauce

Sandwiches:

• Tuna Melt Baguette (vo) – Tuna salad topped with Cheddar cheese and scallions, grilled and served with apple and celery slaw
• Philly Steak Sandwich – 6 oz. ribeye steak cooked to order with sautéed onions and peppers, topped with cheese and served on a hoagie roll
• Classic Club Sandwich (vo) – Toasted bread (your choice) with layers of turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Fried egg optional
• Vegetable Hummus Wrap (vg) – Flour tortillas with sautéed mushrooms and zucchini, olives, peppers, and onions. Served with a sesame dip

All sandwiches are served with house pickles and a side of fries or kettle chips.

Main courses:

• Penne Pasta Bolognese or Marinara – Topped with shredded Parmesan cheese
• Walnut and Cauliflower Ravioli (vg) – Tossed with olive oil and fresh basil
• 6 Oz. Grilled New York Strip Steak – With Café de Paris butter, french fries
• Oven-Baked Norwegian Salmon – With honey dijon mustard, creamed potato, and dill crème
• Butter Chicken Curry – With pilaf rice, cilantro and yogurt dressing, poppadum, and chutney

After Hour Favorites (10 PM to 6 AM)

From 10 PM until 6 AM, Azamara offers a slightly smaller room service menu.

Soups:

• Chicken Thai Coconut Soup (vo) (gf) – Scented lemongrass and cilantro soup with bean sprouts and rice noodles
• Roasted Tomato and Bell Pepper Soup (vg) (gf) – With basil croutons

Salads:

• Caesar Salad (vo) – Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons. Add grilled chicken, salmon, or shrimp
• Classic Caprese Salad (v) – Arugula, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic-olive oil dressing

Ordering room service from Discoveries Restaurant

Azamara cruisers can also order from the menu at Discoveries Restaurant—the main dining venue on all ships—during the restaurant’s open hours. Discoveries is open for breakfast and dinner, as well as for lunch on select sea days.

Open hours are listed in The Insider, the daily paper planner your steward will deliver each day. Menus change daily, and can be accessed on the interactive TV

Ordering drinks from room service on Azamara

Guests can order a selection of drinks via Azamara’s room service menu, but many beverages do have a small fee attached.

Complimentary beverages include coffee (regular or decaf), hot tea, iced tea, hot chocolate, and milk.

Specialty bottled water available from room service includes:

• Evian, 11 oz. – $2.95
• Perrier, 11 oz. – $2.95
• Evian ,1L – $4.95
• San Pellegrino, 1L – $4.95

Tip: Your room steward will provide standard bottled water each day at no charge, along with a selection of sodas.

How to order room service on Azamara

There are two options to order room service on Azamara’s ships: by calling in-room dining from your stateroom phone or by using the in-room dining function on your interactive television.

Regardless of how you place your order, room service will call a minute or two before your meal arrives to let you know it’s on its way. A crew member will bring the tray inside and set it up on your coffee table or balcony table, complete with a white tablecloth.
