RSSC’s new Seven Seas Grandeur will offer several new spa experiences, along with fan favorites, when the ship debuts later this year.
Ultra-luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas has revealed new and exclusive spa treatments that will debut aboard the new Seven Seas Grandeur, setting sail in November 2023.
The Serene Spa & Wellness experience on the ship will enhance relaxation at sea with an indulgent treatment menu incorporating best-in-class techniques and luxury ingredients from around the world, including new treatments that harness the restorative power of an amber and quartz crystal bed, as well as an advanced treatment table for a Zero Gravity Wellness Massage.
Additionally, the brand-new Tahitian Hydration Ritual has been developed just for guests of the lavish 4443-square-foot Regent Suite and can be experienced in the suite’s very own private spa.
In a press release, Regent also provided updated information on the ship’s Serene Spa & Wellness features and design, which will include a new relaxation area.
“We are thrilled to expand our Serene Spa & Wellness offerings exclusively for our valued guests on board Seven Seas Grandeur,” said Andrea DeMarco, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“Not only can guests enjoy the relaxation of Serene Spa & Wellness services already found across the world’s most luxurious fleet, but they can now be pampered with new, innovative treatments, making their unrivaled experience even more lavish and indulgent,” DeMarco continued.

New Serene Spa & Wellness Treatments for Seven Seas Grandeur
Exclusively for Seven Seas Grandeur’s Serene Spa & Wellness, the cruise line will introduce two services that use a unique amber and quartz crystal bed.
The cruise line claims that guests looking for a complete rejuvenation experience can book a Hot Mineral Body Boost to soothe pain and remove toxins, while the Poultice-Powered Muscle Release will relax sore muscles with an invigorating treatment targeting tension areas with vibrational energy, finishing with a restorative facial massage.
A nourishing amber balm in the Hot Mineral Body Boost as well as the unique eucalyptus, juniper, amber and quartz poultice used in the Poultice-Powered Muscle Release both work with the crystal bed, energizing tired bodies and elasticizing the skin.
For a different experience, the spa’s Zero Gravity Wellness Massage produces a weightless effect where the body is suspended on an advanced treatment table—allowing therapists to precisely reach every muscle group in a choreographed massage.
Each of the three new 75-minute treatments to be offered on Seven Seas Grandeur will be priced at $299 USD per guest.
For the ultimate in-suite spa experience, guests staying in the Regent Suite—which RSSC calls “The Most Exclusive Address at Sea”—will be the only cruisers to have access to a lavish new treatment aboard Seven Seas Grandeur. The Tahitian Hydration Ritual is a luxe 75-minute body wrap that will virtually transport guests to the South Pacific with warmed monoi oil infused with frangipani flowers.
The Regent Suite on Seven Seas Grandeur raises the bar for luxurious comfort with its custom-designed master bathroom, including a personal sauna, steam room, treatment area, and endless complimentary treatments.
Seven Seas Grandeur’s Serene Spa & Wellness features and design
Serene Spa & Wellness on Grandeur will offer a multi-sensory experience designed to help guests relax and unwind. The spa’s entry experience sets the tone with a delicate floral pattern, suggesting rebirth and rejuvenation, carried throughout the space.
Architectural features like metal canopies, lantern niches, and the undulating contours of the walls reflect the surrounding sea while spa-goers enjoy luxurious treatments.
The relaxation room creates a peaceful feeling of seclusion, while the treatment rooms are luxurious and warm. Three outdoor whirlpools and a lounge area will offer peaceful views of the ocean.
The Hydrothermal Suite on Seven Seas Grandeur, as on her sister ships Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Explorer, will allow guests to unwind before or after spa treatments and enjoy Regent’s multisensory aromatherapy steam room, chill room, infrared sauna, and experiential showers.
Like on all Regent ships, guests on Grandeur can also book routine hair and nail care appointments in the spa’s classic beauty salon.
The Serene Spa & Wellness experience
Serene Spa & Wellness, found aboard all Regent ships, is a holistic journey of health and well-being that extends beyond the physical spa—with fitness classes, nutritious cuisine selections, and wellness-themed shore excursions.
Fitness experts at Fitness by Serene Spa & Wellness offer one-on-one training and also lead popular exercise classes, including Pilates, yoga, and meditation. Experts are available to offer advice and demonstrate the use of fitness equipment, including spinning bikes, dumbbells, treadmills, Technogym strength machines, and step benches.
With Serene Spa & Wellness Selections, cruisers can savor health-conscious international cuisine in several onboard restaurants. These selections, which include plant-based options, are influenced by a variety of global culinary traditions.
Ashore, Serene Spa & Wellness Tours can enhance cruisers’ well-being through immersive and restorative shore excursions. Guests can choose from several options—like a soak in mineral-rich thermal springs in Rome, or trying a yoga class overlooking the picturesque seaside town of Taormina, Sicily.
