Princess Cruises Introduces Welcome Home Program

Cruise line Princess has launched the Welcome Home program, a new approach to help passengers with any post-cruise concerns and needs.

On February 21, 2023, Princess Cruises announced a new outreach initiative to assist guests following their cruise. Known as Welcome Home, the program helps recent cruisers with common post-cruise needs.

The Go Princess Welcome Home team can help passengers obtain copies of their folios, clarify charges, and address any issues experienced on board.

Prior to the launch of the initiative, the only way recent cruisers could get assistance with these common concerns was via email.

Princess guests can now get faster post-cruise assistance with the cruise line’s Welcome Home program

Now a specialized team of Go Princess navigators is just a phone call away (1-800-PRINCESS option 5) to help with post-cruise needs.

With the new Welcome Home program, recent guests will receive a call within seven to 14 days following their cruise to provide an opportunity to share feedback about their recent experience. 

Additionally, cruisers who made a Future Cruise Deposit onboard will be offered assistance in planning their next voyage or reserving a Princess Future Cruise Package.

In a press release, Princess Cruises emphasized that the Welcome Home call doesn’t replace the company’s existing online post-cruise survey.
